Shipping and Returns

Rageism Beauty will email you the tracking number when the parcel is despatched.

All orders are shipped by Australia Post and we endeavour to pack and send within 24 hours of receipt of your order. For overseas orders we charge a flat rate of $20 per order regardless of destination. All Australian orders are sent via Express Post prepaid satchel for next-day delivery. We cannot control the time frame in which Australia Post deliver and are not responsible for delivery time.

If you have any other questions regarding product shades, ingredients, or how to apply the product, please email or call us before placing your order. Once the order is packed we are unable to change it.

We ship all over Australia and overseas orders are welcome.

Refunds and Returns

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products within 14 days of the date of your order. Please email us at customercare@rageismbeauty.com.au and include your order number and we will send you instructions as to how to return your item. We are happy to refund or exchange any item subject to the conditions outlined below. Please ensure goods for return have not been used for any period of time. We will accept returns for change of mind, but request that the goods are in acceptable condition. All return postage costs are to be paid for by the buyer. Rageism Beauty Pty Ltd (ABN 614338573) will NOT pay any postage costs associated with re-delivery of exchanged items. We recommend that you return the product via Insured and Registered Post, as Rageism Beauty Pty Ltd (ABN 614338573) will NOT be liable for items lost. Please keep your tracking information so lost parcels can be followed up. Exchanges will be processed within 7 working days of receiving your returned goods and will be delivered via Express Post. If you require a refund we will refund the price paid by you for the goods within 30 days of receiving your returned goods, provided that you have returned the goods to us according to our returns policy within 14 working days of the order date. We will NOT refund the cost of the return postage when it is sent by standard postal service. Courier charges, special delivery or recorded delivery costs will not be refunded. Refunds will be made against the original credit/debit card used, or in the case of Paypal into the Paypal account used. Address details that are incorrect or insufficiently supplied that result in the parcel being returned to us will incur a further delivery fee within Australia. If you have given authority to leave goods without a signature, you accept full responsibility if your parcel is lost or stolen from your property.
