Delivery for overseas orders is charged at a flat rate of AUD $20.
We currently deliver within Australia by Express Post next day delivery. We welcome orders from overseas and will charge you a flat rate of AUD $20 regardless of the destination of the order. Please note that the purchaser is responsible for all customs duties and charges levied at the destination. We will not be responsible for these. We recommend that you investigate any fees or charges payable prior to placing an order.
We endeavour to pack and ship your order within 24 hours of receipt. All orders within Australia are sent Australia Post Express. This is a next day delivery service. Unfortunately as we are not Australia Post we cannot guarantee delivery timeframes and these are a guide only. Overseas order time frames will vary depending on the destination.
Yes. Once your order is placed, an automated email is generated and sent to you to confirm that your order has been received, including a list of the items you have ordered. Please note that your credit card details are not sent in any emails from us. We also recommend that you never send your credit card details via email. If there is an error with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. As long as your order hasn’t been sent we will do our best to amend it. You will also receive an email from us when we ship your order. If we have issues with supply of any items we will contact you as soon as possible after receipt of your order.
