4 ways to help your older lips

Losing volume in your lips is something that all women experience as a natural part of aging. Although you can’t stop it, you can take some simple steps to slow the process.

Firstly, stop smoking and drinking with straws. Both these activities accelerate the thinning of the lips.

Wear sunscreen on your lips, sun damage leads to loss of moisture and dryness.
