Application:
Using the brick red pencil carefully outline the lips, slightly outside of the natural lip line. You can also colour in the lips with the pencil as it is soft and moisturising, then apply your fabulous Scarlett lipstick on top of the pencil. As our lipsticks are so pigmented only one application is usually required. Finish off with a swipe of gloss for extra drama.
