  • Crème Blush
  • Crème Bronzer
  • Angled Contouring Brush

Application:

Our contour and highlight kit gives you the tools to give you face warmth and dimension. All the shades of the products are universally flattering. The crème bases melt into the skin, which means that the makeup won’t sit in wrinkles.

Start with our beautiful crème blush, on the apples of your cheeks and blend upwards to the hairline. Then using the angled contour brush, apply the bronzer and sweep colour from the top of the ear under the cheekbones and towards the lips. Finish with a sweep downwards from the jaws to your neck. Always remember to start at the edge of the face and work the shading towards the centre. The last step is the highlighter. To apply, dot the highlighter along the top of the browbone and then gently blend along the very top of the cheekbone, again starting at the edge of the face. You can also dot down the nose and on the cupid’s bow.

A contour and highlight kit is an effective way to give your face some warmth and dimension! The soothing crème melts into your skin, meaning that the makeup won’t sit in wrinkles. Our contour kit includes a Crème Highlighter, Crème Blush, Crème Bronzer, and an Angled Contouring Brush.

You can begin by applying the Crème Blush on the apples of your cheeks, and then slowly blending upwards to your hairline. Then, use the Angled Contour Brush to apply the bronzer and sweep colour from the top of the ear and under the cheekbones towards the lips. To finish, sweep the colour downwards from the jaws to your neck. (We highly recommend always starting at the edge of the face and continuing shading towards the centre.) Now, you can apply your highlighter! To do so, just dot the highlighter along the top of the brow bone and then gently blend along the very top of the cheekbone, again starting at the edge of the face. You can also dot down the bridge of the nose and on the cupid’s bow. Contour comes down to precise application, so if you are still struggling to apply your contour or highlighter, remember that there are many YouTube tutorials available to help you practice.

You may also be interested in pairing products such as mineral bronzer or matte bronzer, tinted moisturisers, glow palette, cheeks palettes, and other cosmetics with your contour and highlight. Keep in mind that there is also a range of contour options to choose from, including chubby stick sculpting contour, a shape contour palette, Mini Mac Cosmetics Studio fix sculpt contour, Hoola lite or Hoola matte bronzer, Match Stix Trio contour, or the Strobe Stick contour. These, among other products, can be used to enhance your contour and to correct any dark circles or blemishes you also may have.

Today, you’ll find that here is a wide range of contour palettes available for you! But, with so many available, it might be hard to choose the right contour colours for your skin tone. To figure it out, you should start by first choosing the right foundation shade. After, you can then begin choosing contour colours.

To find the right foundation shade, you’ll need to determine your undertones, which can be done by looking at the veins in your arm. Blue or green veins will mean you have cool undertones, while yellow veins will indicate a warm undertone. If yours are mixed, then this indicates a neutral undertone. A foundation with yellow undertones will be best for a warm complexion, while a foundation with pink undertones will be best for a cool complexion.

To pick out the right contouring shade, you’ll want to choose one that is a bit darker than your foundation shade but is a bit similar to how you think a shadow would appear on your face. Your contour shade should only be one to two shades darker thank your skin tone at the most. Also, picking shades that have the appropriate undertone is highly recommended. Highlight products are usually included with the contouring kit, but, if this isn’t the case, you can find the right highlighting shades using the same process as highlight duos and other highlight products are sold separately. (Except that, this time, the highlight should be a shade lighter than your skin tone rather than a shade darker.) Some Powder contour products you may be interested in include the Hyper Real Glow Palette, Fenty Beauty Contour, Kevyn Aucoin Contour, and Estèe Lauder Contour.

Once you’ve finally got the contour look you want, your next step will be to pair other makeup with it! While you can wear contour on its own, it may look a little out of place without an eye look, depending on how you’re wearing it. The makeup you pair with your contour look will heavily depend on what look you’re going for and your favourite eye makeup. If you’re going for a natural finish, you’ll want to pair a subtle and natural eye look with it. This can be done by applying some neutral eyeshadow and a tad bit of mascara. You can also use a little bit of eyeliner to give your eye a more defined shape. The key here, though, is to be subtle and sparing with your makeup use! Also, remember that highlight and contour go well hand in hand, and it’s best to wear these together

If you’re going for a dramatic look, you’ll want to choose bold colours and large lashes. If you’re not keen on using false lashes, a bold look can still be achieved with some vivid eyeliner, an eyelash curler, and a thick layer of mascara. If you’re looking to change it up, you can also add in some colourful eyeliner or mascara. Some blush, such as the Mini Cheek palette, and doing your eyebrows can also make a difference between a natural or glamourous look.

Some other products you may need for your makeup sets include lip liners, powder foundation or pigment foundation stick, highlighter brushes or a brush set, Extra Dimension Finish or Mineralize Skinfinish, lip gloss, lip balms, eyeshadow palettes, and bronzing powder to go along with your highlighting palette and contour kits. Skincare products such as hand cream, body wash, and makeup removers can make a difference with your skin and even be great as skincare gifts! These can be found at brands such as Bobbi Brown, Yves Saint Laurent, Charlotte Tilbury’s, Botanic Panic, Iconic Londons, and Eau De.

Regardless of whether you’re going for a natural or glamourous look, there are some makeup products you’ll need in your makeup bag to finish your look. Makeup setting spray, or setting powder, will help your makeup stay on your face – despite any rain or sweat!

Also, contour comes in different forms that work best for different skin types. If any powder you use tends to settle in fine lines, then cream makeup is the one for you. Hyaluronic acid can also help in this area if used properly. However, if you are oily skinned then powder contour is usually best for you. Likewise, powder blush and highlighter would be best for you; and cream contour kits and products are particularly suited to those with dry skin. Contouring sticks and even foundation sticks can also be used for easy and fast application. These are available at Anastasia Beverly Hills, Nude By Nature, and Tom Ford.

Clean beauty is steadily becoming popular as there are many advantages to using natural and organic makeup products! Using certified organic makeup products ensures you are being eco-friendly and using nutrient-rich ingredients. You are also protecting yourself from premature aging and are being gentle on your skin by not putting any harsh chemicals on it.

One of the healthy ingredients for your skin to look for in cream contour and other types of contour products is jojoba seed oil. Jojoba oil has quite a few healing properties and is sometimes used to treat skin conditions like psoriasis, eczema, and acne. It’s naturally rich in Vitamins A, D, and E and also regenerates the skin. It’s also worthwhile to look for natural ingredients in home fragrances, especially if you’re looking for fragrance gifts, as natural ingredients would not irritate sensitive skin. So, it’s always best to check for natural ingredients - even when you’re shopping for well-known brands like Giorgio Armani!

Definitely recommend

I just love the cream formula, the bronzer blends perfectly, love the blush colour and the highlighter is just perfect for my 50 year old skin not to shimmering. The brush is great also, I don’t need a separate one to apply. So glad I bought

Kit

Whilst the product is fantastic, the packaging is not great. One of the tubs came with a broken lid.
